Kylie is an Elementary Education major at Florida International University. Kylie is a mother of a baby boy and is also a wife. Kylie is a strong believer that a child must have motivation. Parental involvement is crucial to a student's academic growth and linked together with a teachers teaching, the student will be a success! These children are our future and therefore need to be taught values and morals and must be empowered with knowledge in order to be successful when they grow up!

Melissa is an Early Childhood Education major at Florida International University. She believes that children at the early childhood age are at the most pivotal stage in their development, cognitively, socially, emotionally, and physically. She believes all children are capable of succeeding no matter any cultural or language barriers. Teachers have a great reaponsibility of teaching a diverse population of students. Parents and teachers, teamed up together, is the best thing that can happen to a child. Having support from both ends is great for the child's learning.
